Es reduziert Stress. Der monotone Rhythmus des Gehens beruhigt das Nervensystem. Die Reizreduktion im Aussen schafft einen Ruheraum im Inneren. Die Achtsamkeit wird gest\u00e4rkt: Der Fokus schrumpft auf den Weg, auf dem du gehst, auf den aktuellen Schritt und Atemzug. \ud83e\udd7e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber das allerbeste am Wandern ist: <strong>Dass ich es kann<\/strong>!
